Cannot Create Phone Call Activities via Mobile Express

There is no way to create phone call activities via Mobile Express on CRM 4.0. When you access your CRM mobile website, you can conveniently call any phone numbers you see on the form, but you can only track calls through the main CRM web. Third party mobile add-ons by some of the qualified Microsoft partners may allow this, but the deployment and setup fees may be costly.

No action buttons? How come?

I feel that this is a function Microsoft Dynamics dev team can easily create but may have left this out for its mobile partners. 😦

Mac is great. It’s also more attractive than any other contenders. But looking at the big picture in a corporate perspective, I’m a strong believer in Microsoft. MS dominates in the market share for corporate server platforms, especially in small and medium sized firms (and enterprises will adopt more and more), and its collapse is unthinkable at least in my lifetime.
(nevertheless.. still regretful about not buying AAPL stocks 2 yrs ago :()

I’ve been specializing in SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, and many of MS Office products. I must say I’m still just a ‘newbie’ in this field. But from my involvement with these platforms and my consultations to clients on these platforms, I’m convinced that MS SharePoint and MS CRM will be highlights in the upcoming years.
